Align has received complains recently, some customers who bought the Align's products from somewhere and didn't get proper after sale service from Align. We found that there are some people who will buy Align's products from overseas within South East Asia Area. Some of the customers may have encountered problems when requested for after sale service for Align's parts. We have checked with Align and would like to make an announcement officially by due cause.

All the Align's products have been purchased from a hobby shop without authorised dealer contract with Align or with the authorised distributors of Align would not be replaced for any faulty or damage parts because some of the hobby shops import fake Align's products such as carbon tail booms and even the Align's Aluminum carry case.... As we know that there is more factories in China are manufacturing fake Align's products, we strongly recommend that please purchase the Align's products through official dealers or hobby shops to avoid getting fake products. These hobby shops have imported the goods in other way but not officially purchase from Align. There is no evidence proof that where they get the Align's products. They sell it personally even if they have registered as a company. These hobby shops have no warranty from Align therefore they cannot provide warranty services to customers. In other words, you cannot be guaranteed that you have purchased real Align's products with Align warranty.

Furthermore, their Align's Products have some different specifications of the Align's Products sold between Taiwan inland and overseas. For example, T-Rex CCPM Combo, the inland version of Taiwan has only Chinese instruction manual while the export version (Australia) has the original English instruction manual. Besides, the export version has an extra pair of main rotor blade included in the package.

According to Align replacement policy. If you have any problem with Align's products, please contact your original seller first. The seller has to provide sufficient evidence that the products were purchased from Align. Align may not accept for any direct contact with their company because they don't know where you got the products from and if the products are fake or not. Your original seller should have provided after sale service for customers first.

Taiwa Pty Ltd has been trying very hard to keep our customers' satisfactory not only for the price and even for the services that we provided to our customers. We sincerely hope that Australian hobbyists will continue support for our local hobby's market.

Please note Taiwa is now offering our customers change their ESC which are "K10249A - 25A Brushless ESC" and "K10250A - 35A Brushless ESC" to "K10257A - 25G Brushless ESC RCE-BL25G" and "K10256A- 35G Brushless ESC RCE-BL35G" with low cost of $10. This is included program change and international postage to Align in Taiwan. More information, please refer to Taiwa's website "www.wattsuprc.com.au", under "What's News" section. (Please allow 1 month for processing period.) Once the ESC program been changed, the extra function of "Govenor Mode" and "Soft Start" will be included, which could be better for heli flyers. However, this program for ESC is not necessary, because it won't affect recent flying condition. Please note this special offer is only for Taiwa or Taiwa's dealers' customers. The period for this special offer is for limit time only. (14/03/05 Mon to 31/03/05 Thu). For security purpose, please clearly identify your name, contact number and postal address when mailing the ESC and a prepaid return envelope is also required.
Lastly, this offer is only for ESC program change, not for exchanging or fixing any faulties.
